Pearl Perman is the founding Director of CorpEle Consulting, a 100% Black Female-owned firm based in Johannesburg. Specialising in Human Resources services, workforce training, and corporate image consulting, Pearl bridges the gap between technical IT foundations and high-level organisational development.

Beyond traditional HR, Pearl is a qualified Image Consultant and a professional member of the Association of Image Consultants of South Africa (APICSA). She leverages this expertise to provide work readiness programmes and personal branding workshops that align individual identity with corporate goals.

Professional experience & leadership

With over 20 years of experience, Pearl has held pivotal roles across the public and private sectors in South Africa. Her career includes serving as a Management Consultant at Deloitte, a Strategic Senior HR Executive at the Financial Services Board (FSB), and Head of Corporate Services for the Office for Interception Centres (OIC).

Pearl is an IT graduate with a post-graduate qualification in Project Management, allowing her to approach HR challenges with a structured, data-driven methodology. Her work has seen the successful establishment of major entities like the Technology Innovation Agency (TIA).
