More about Pearl

Pearl is passionate about empowering businesses and individuals to not only feel confident in the business or the corporate world, but to achieve excellence in how they conduct themselves in a professional setting which directly impacts their success in business or their career path.

Having been directly involved with various onboarding programmes, youth readiness and learnership implementation programmes, what remains her honourable work and by far the most fulfilling roles to date are the that that she played in developing people and where professionalism is at the centre of the task.

Seeing and experiencing the limitations that the lack of knowledge, understanding and appreciation for business etiquette and ethics in the workplace has on many of our young individuals, in most cases due to socio-economic challenges, it became imperative to get involved in any programmes where these individuals could be empowered which would enable them to function effectively in their place of work or enable them to secure some sort of work.
